"In the twenty-two years and over thirty some odd courses I have received, this was by far the best."
Leslie L.
This 3-day change management program uses Prosci's research-based change management methodology and toolkit. Participants bring their own change projects to the course, work on these projects, present to a "team of executives," and are able to hit the ground running upon returning to work.
Prosci encourages participants to attend the course with a team of 2-3 others from their project team. Past participants recommend working with a team to maximize your outcomes with high-quality change management strategy and plans for your project. Tuition for the first person is $2100 (lodging not included) - each additional person on the team in the same session is $1700. (Please note: lodging costs may vary based on location.)
"After 14 years in the change management field, the best methodology I have found and a truly professional organization."
Catherine S.
The program is intense but fun. At the end of the course, participants are certified in Prosci's Change Management methodology and are able to lead their organizations successfully through incremental and radical changes.
