BACKGROUND
William (Bill) D. Green has been Chief Executive Officer of Accenture Ltd., is a General Partner of Accenture SCA. since September 1, 2004. Under his leadership, the group grew to become Accenture Ltd.'s largest business unit, with net revenues of $3.29 billion in fiscal year 2003. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Green served as Group Chief Executive of the Accenture Resources operating group. During his tenure, he managed a $2 billion operation that contributed 20 percent of Accenture Ltd.'s total revenues. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Green led the Manufacturing industry group, and before that he was managing partner for Accenture's practice in New England. From September 1997 to December 1999, Mr. Green was responsible for Accenture's Resources operating group. From September1996 to September 1997, he was responsible for Accenture's manufacturing group in the Americas. Mr. Green has been with Accenture for 25 years. In his 26-year career with Accenture, Mr. Green has built a reputation for his knowledge of Accenture Ltd.'s business, strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships. Known for developing talent and empowering those around him, Mr. Green personifies Accenture's commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the world.
